The results of this study are in the Implementation of the Child Identity Card (KIA) Program from the implementation of the utilization of Child Identity Card ownership in Tanjungpinang City, currently it is still not optimal, because there are still many parents of children who already have Child Identity Cards but have not been used and have not felt the benefits. of the Card itself. And it is not yet mandatory to use MCH in administering administration at several agencies that require child data.
