EVALUASI PROGRAM PEMERINTAH DESA DALAM PENYEDIAAN AIR BERSIH DI DESA BATU BERLUBANG KECAMATAN BAKUNG SERUMPUN KABUPATEN LINGGA

Abstract

Clean water is a vital need of every human being so that its availability determines the degree of health and welfare of the community. But more and more people consider this as a normal thing, they think that they just drink water, we are grateful for the good or bad of the water, it is a normal thing. If this is the case, the Government's efforts are urgently needed in providing clean water sources from the Central, Regional, and Village Governments. The purpose of this research is to find out how the process, benefits, and impacts of the Village Government Program in Providing Clean Water in Batu Berhole Village, Bakung District The group of Lingga Regency and to find out the obstacles that occur in the implementation of clean water activities in Batu Ber Lubang Village. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The focus of this research uses the theory of Wiiliam N. Dunn (1999:609). There are 5 informants. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study showed that in the provision of clean water in Batu Ber Lubang Village, Bakung Serumpun District, Lingga Regency in its effectiveness had been going well and was in accordance with what was desired. And judging from the implementation process is also in accordance with the plan. Efficiency has been running well and precisely, according to the planned time. But in 2019 it didn't go well because there were obstacles that caused the implementation time to not match the planned time. It's still not enough. The distribution has been even, it's just that it's still not enough, and in 2019 it's not even because there's only one drilled well available. The responsiveness is quite satisfactory, but in 2016 it was not satisfactory because it was not on target, namely in the dry season there was still a drought. And finally the accuracy is very useful and valuable because water is a necessity. And can be used for other activities that use water such as worship, etc.
