IMPLEMENTASI PENERTIBAN JAM OPERASIONAL WARUNG INTERNET DI KOTA TANJUNGPINANG TAHUN 2019

Abstract

There is still an internet café that is open until the early hours of the morning that is past 12 pm, even open until 24 hours. Whereas in the explain that the operating hours of the internet café starts at 07.30 to 00.00 WIB. Meanwhile, the reality that is happening in the field to date can be seen that there are still many internet cafes that violate the operating hours that have been set. There is even an internet café that is open until the early hours of the morning at 03.00 WIB is still operating. The research method in this study is descriptive qualitative, in this qualitative descriptive research researchers will provide a systematic, factual and accurate picture of the facts according to the scope of the study. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Implementation of The Control of Internet Café Operating Hours in Tanjungpinang City in 2019 has not been running optimally because there is still something to be improved such as the addition of members of the pp police force there are at least 2 teams that are lowered to conduct control and check internet cafes related to the Mayor of Tanjungpinang Regulation No. 26 of 2017 which regulates the Closing Hours of Internet Cafes.
