Abstract

The purpose of this study is to qualitatively describe how responsive the local government is in serving reports on complaints of public street lighting (PJU) in Tanjungpinang City in 2020. The findings of this study show that public complaints have been well responded to, there are obstacles in repairing PJUs. damaged still takes a long time. Reports of damaged PJUs by the community either directly by visiting the relevant office, or by letter by filling out the report form that has been provided at RT/RW. Where is the city of Tanjung Pinang with an area of 144.56 km2 and has a PJU point of 3644 points, as for the factors that cause delays in repairing damaged PJUs, namely the officer who repairs there is only one team, where one team consists of four officers and stock of goods for repairs sometimes it is not available, resulting in damaged PJU repair services taking a long time.
