The results of the study show that the management of the Sebesi Bertuah BUMDes in Sungai Sebesi village, Kundur district, Karimun regency in 2018-2020 has not gone well, which can be seen from the planning aspect of the Sebesi Bertuah BUMDes from its inception in 2018-2020 the business plan has not been carefully planned. In actuating, the lack of training provided by the village government and the Karimun regency PMD regarding business plans. The management of the BUMDes in terms of controlling shows that deviations are still found, namely the lack of controlling by the BPD on the performance for the village head related to capital participation for the Sebesi Bertuah BUMDes and the evaluation for the BUMDes management which is carried out every 6 months is not carried out properly.
