PERAN PEMERINTAH KECAMATAN DALAM PEMBINAAN KARANG TARUNA DESA SELAYAR KECAMATAN SELAYAR KABUPATEN LINGGA

Abstract

Karang Taruna is a social community organization as a forum and means of developing every member of the community that grows and develops on the basis of awareness and social responsibility from, by and for the community, especially the younger generation in the village/kelurahan area, especially engaged in social welfare businesses, Youth Organization in Selayar Village, Selayar District, Linnga Regency. To support the development of youth organizations, guidance is needed for both Human Resources (HR) and the organization. As a partner, the Selayar District government has a role to carry out coaching youth groups in Selayar village. This is because between youth organizations and the government as stated in the Minister of Social Affairs Decree number 25 of 2019 has a coordinating, consultative, consolidative, communicative, and collaborative nature. So that it becomes part of the task of the sub-district government in providing guidance to youth groups in the village.
