EVALUASI PELAKSANAAN PROGRAM KAMPUNG KELUARGA BERENCANA DI KOTA TANJUNGPINANG (STUDI PADA KAMPUNG KB SINERGI KELURAHAN TANJUNGPINANG BARAT)

Abstract

In Tanjungpinang City there are 5  KB Villages in 4 Sub-District.One of them is the KB Synergy village in the west Tanjungpinang. KB Synergy Village has the highest number PUS but KB Participation only reaches 60 % and the synergy village is included in the KB whose activities are not running in the city Tanjungpinang.The purpose this study was to determine the succsess implementation the synergy KB village in the reproductive section from 2017-2020. The theory used study is William Dunn’s of policy evaluation theory.The method use descriptive qualitative, location the Synergy KB Village West Tanjungpinang. Data collection is done by reduction data, presenting data and conlusion. The result of the study show that implementation the Synergy KB Village reproductive section has not gone well. Effectiveness indicators of implementation has not been effective, because it doesn’t have activity plan, doesn’tconduct cross-sectoral collaboration and activities only focus the use family planning.Effeciency indicators of implementation has’nt run efficiency because there is no budget for implementation and there no activity planning between managers.Adequacy indicators it has’nt provided benefits to community, because there is no budget assistance from policy makers for implementation of activities, for facilities and infrastructure already support.Leveling indicators have not been evenly distributed due to lack understanding from managers and have not been evenly distributed to community.Responsiveness indicators get community support but participations is low.Accuracy indicators of implementation in accordance with applicable regulations and appropriate even though they don’t achieve ther goals that have been set because every community has different principles of life.
