ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN GAME EDUKASI BERNUANSA ARAB MELAYU PADA TATA NAMA SENYAWA

The purpose of this article is to analyze the needs of teachers and students in developing learning media for educational games with Arabic nuances of Malay on compound nomenclature material. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The subject of this research is a teacher of chemistry education and 6 students of class X MIPA SMA Negeri 7 Tanjungpinang. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis of interview results and looked for the average user questionnaire results which were then described qualitatively. The results of data collection show that (1) the limitations of learning media at SMA Negeri 7 Tanjungpinang (2) teachers have never integrated learning with Malay Arabic culture (3) students have difficulty understanding compound nomenclature
