This study aims to find out what and describe the relationship between humans and nature in the film Island of Faith by Chairun Nissa, which is motivated by religion, culture, and natural diversity. This research method is descriptive using a qualitative approach. The data collection technique in this study is the listening and note-taking technique, to obtain speech quotes that are included in the relationship between humans and nature. Techniques Data analysis was carried out through stages, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results obtained are that there is a relationship between humans and nature with religious, cultural, and natural diversity backgrounds. The relationship between humans and nature has a religious background because nature is God's creation, the command to protect nature is in the holy book, and humans must maintain the ecosystem in order to create balance. Culture or tradition reminds us of the message of our ancestors to protect nature and make us a group (tribe) to preserve nature. Natural diversity is the uniqueness of each region due to the geographical conditions that exist in Indonesia. Relationships formed through religion are the regions, Bali, NTT, West Papua, Aceh, Yogyakarta, and Jakarta. Relationships formed through culture are the areas of Bali, West Kalimantan, and West Papua. Relationships formed through natural diversity are West Kalimantan, NTT, West Papua, Aceh, Yogyakarta, and Jakarta.
