ANALISIS KEBUTUHAN DALAM PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN FLASHCARD DAN EXPLOTION BOX UNTUK SISWA SMP

Abstract

This study aims to see the need for flashcard and exploration box learning media on the excretion system material. The data technique was carried out through literature study and interviews. The subjects of this study were science teachers at De Green Camp Islamic Junior High School and VIII grade students at De Green Camp Islamic Junior High School. The results showed that in science learning the use of media was still not optimal, the media used was less varied and less interesting. Textbook media and power point have added illustrations but in the learning process it tends to be monotonous and formal in nature, so that students feel bored quickly and bored with learning in the classroom which causes a lack of interest in student learning and affects learning outcomes. Therefore, it is necessary to develop innovative learning media in order to attract students' attention and learning interest, one of which is flashcard media and exploration box on the excretion system material.
