Abstract

Think talk write and jingling buttons are learning models used as a series of teaching material presentation in this research. The material in electrolyte and non-electrolyte solutions involves students' understanding in the process of thinking and expressing opinions well so that a stimulus is needed to build a confident aspect, one of which is the use of the think talk write learning mode and jingling buttons. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase in student learning outcomes using the think talk write (TTW) learning model and jingle buttons on the electrolyte solution material at SMAN 6 Tanjungpinang. This research is a quasi-experimental research using nonprobability sampling, with a saturated sample technique. The research sample is students of class X IPA as an experimental class, total 22 students. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant increase in student learning outcomes. The average posttest score results show higher results. This can be shown with the pretest - posttest mean of 33 and 83 respectively, as evidenced by the N-gain score test in the experimental class of 77%, which is included in the effective category compared to before being given treatment.
