Abstract

This study aims to determine students' perceptions and problems regarding the use of the Google Classroom application and the Zoom Meeting in class X biology learning at the Widya Tanjungpinang Health Vocational School. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The sample of this study used a saturated sample technique because all the population was used as a sample. This research has been conducted using a closed questionnaire and an open questionnaire. Where a closed questionnaire is used to collect main data and an open questionnaire is used to collect supporting data. Before the questionnaire is distributed to the subject of the questionnaire, validation and reliability testing must be carried out first, after being valid, the questionnaire can be distributed. The researcher used the Likert Scale scoring criteria to measure the results of a closed questionnaire on students' perceptions and problems. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be seen that students' perceptions regarding the use of the Google Classroom application and Zoom Meeting in class X biology learning at the Widya Tanjungpinang Health Vocational School are categorized as good. Meanwile, students' problems whit the use of the Google Classroom application and Zoom Meeting in class X biology learning at the Widya Tanjungpinang Health Vocational School are categorized as moderate. This can be seen from the average perception result of Google Classroom which is 76.9% and the average perception result of Zoom Meeting is 75.2%. While the average result of the percentage of problematic Google Classroom is 50.5% and the average result of the percentage of problematic Zoom Meeting is 51.7%. Furthermore, the closed-ended questionnaire was given according to the indicators of students' perceptions and problems
