Abstract

This study aims to (1)determine how the correlation between self-efficacy and learning outcomes. (2)Knowing how the correlation between independent learning and learning outcomes. (3)Knowing how the correlation between self-efficacy and independent learning. (4)Knowing how the correlation between self-efficacy and independent learning with mathematics learning outcomes on the topic of Relationships dan Functions in the Pandemic Covid 19 situation in class VIII MTs Negeri Tanjungpinang. This study uses a quantitative approach with the type of correlation. The sampling technique was based on the random class technique, based on the results of this technique, it was obtained that class VIII-2 was sampled in this study as many as twenty three students. This study involved two independent variables, namely self-efficacy and independent learning, and one dependent variable, namely learning outcomes. data collection methods using questionnaires and tests. The data analysis technique uses product-moment correlation and multiple correlations. The results obtained in this study are (1)there is a positive correlation between self-efficacy and student learning outcomes in the medium category, with the acquisition of r count 0.584 greater than the r table, namely 0.413. (2)There is a positive correlation between independent learning and the learning outcomes of students in the medium category, with the acquisition of r count 0.569. (3)There is a positive correlation between self-efficacy and the learning independence of students in the strong category, with the acquisition of r count 0.698. (4)There is a positive correlation between self-efficacy and independent learning together with the learning outcomes of students in the strong category, with the acquisition of r count 0.626.
