PENGARUH BIAYA OPERASIONAL DAN BIAYA TENAGA KERJA TERHADAP PENDAPATAN NELAYAN DI DESA TELUK BAKAU KECAMATAN GUNUNG KIJANG KABUPATEN BINTAN

Abstrak

The purpose of this study is basically to determine the effect of operational costs and labor costs to fishermen income in Teluk Bakau Village, Gunung Kijang District, Bintan Regency. The independent variables used are operational costs and labor costs. The dependent variables is fishermen income. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression models. The population used in this study were fishermen in the village of Teluk Bakau and the samples in this study were 36 fishermen by using purposive sampling technique data in February 2020. Based on the results of research conducted it can be seen that partially operational costs have a significant effect on fishermen's income, and labor costs have a significant effect on fishermen's income, simultaneously operational costs and labor costs affect fishermen's income.
