Abstrak

This study aims to explain the effect of Work Ethic, Work Experience, Work Environment and Job Satisfaction on Employee Work Productivity. The population in the study were 41 employees at the Bintan District Fisheries Service. Sampling with saturated technique, then the total sample of 41 employees. This type of research is quantitative research. The validity and reliability tests were performed on the questionnaire. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, including t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the variable Work Ethics (X1), Work Experience (X2), Work Environment (X3) and Work Satisfaction (X4) partially had a significant effect on Work Productivity (Y). F test results obtained calculated F value of 167.274 with a value of F table 2.63 identifying that the variable Work Ethic, Work Experience, Work Environment and Job Satisfaction silmutan significantly influence the variable Work Productivity (Y). Based on the coefficient of determination test, about 94.9% of the variable Work Productivity is influenced by the variable Work Ethic, Work Experience, Work Environment and Job Satisfaction. The remaining 5.1% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.
