Abstrak

These research intend to know how much cost, income, and risk in processing anchovy with kelong fishing gear at Sebauk cape Senggarang village Tanjungpinang city sub-district. Population from this research was all of the anchovy fishermen in Sebauk cape are nine anchovy fishermen. These research were quantitative research description. Data type and source that used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection method used were observation, interviewed, and data collection. Research result shows that average income obtained by anchovy producer amount to Rp 16.616.361 per year. Analytic income calculation and risk, standard deviation knows are Rp 3.365.332 per year. coefficient variation (CV) obtained is 0,20, the lower limit of profit for 1 year is known Rp 9.885.698. Mean the risk level of anchovy processing business at Sebauk cape very little chance of loss.
