PENGARUH PROFITABILITAS, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN DAN TINKAT PERTUMBUHAN TRHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN STRUKTUR MODAL SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI PERIODE 2016-2017

Abstrak

This research was made to analyze the effect of profitability, firm size and growth rate on firm value with capital structure as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2018 period. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sampling method of this study was purposive sampling and obtained 33 samples that met the criteria. The analysis technique used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis. The results showed that profitability, firm size and firm growth rate had an effect on firm value and capital structure was able to moderate the influence between profitability, firm size and firm growth rate had an effect on firm value. The results of the R2 determination test are that the independent variable, the moderating variable, and the interaction between the independent and moderating variables are 63.6% of the dependent variable, while the remaining 36.4% is explained by variables not explained in this study.
