Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to examine the The effect of Incentives, Work Ability, Job Stress and Motivation on Job Satisfaction at the Risal Mandiri Kawal Bintan Cooperative Regency. The type of research in this thesis is quantitative. The population in this study were all members of the Risal Mandiri Kawal Cooperative, Bintan Regency, which numbered fifty-four people. Then determine the sample with non-probability sampling technique so that the sample in this study is the total number of the population which is fifty-four people. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, including t test, F test and coef icient of determination. The results of the t test show that the Incentives (X1) has a significant ef ect on Job Satisfaction, Work Ability variable (X2) has a significant ef ect on Job Satisfaction, Job Stress Work variable (X3) Motivation variable (X4) has a significant ef ect on Job Satisfaction. Based on the F test sig probability value 0.00 < 0.05 which means that of Incentives, Work Ability, Job Stress and Motivation on Job Satisfaction (Y). Based on the test coef icient of determination seen from the value (adjusted R2) 0.502% of can be interpreted that the ef ect of Training, Empowerment, Job Competence, and Work Motivation on Performance is equal to 50.2%. The remaining 49.8% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study
