Abstrak

Broadly speaking, this study aims to determine whether there is an effect of facilities, compensation, work environment and motivation on the morale of civil servants in the Department of Marine and Fisheries, Riau Islands Province. This type of research in this thesis is quantitative research. The sample in this study were civil servants (PNS) at the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, Riau Islands Province, totaling 90 people. Data analysis was performed using quantitative methods. Data were obtained through questionnaires and tested using SPSS statistic version 26. The results of the study were seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.671, which means that the effect of facilities, compensation, work environment and motivation on civil servant morale at the Department of Marine and Fisheries, Riau Islands Province is 67,1%. Based on the partial test, it proves that the facilities, compensation, work environment and motivation variables have a significant effect on morale. While the simultaneous test of sig probability value is 0.00 <0.05, which means that jointly the variables of facilities, compensation, work environment and motivation have a significant effect on morale at the Department of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, Riau Islands Province.
