PENGARUH ORIENTASI KEWIRAUSAHAAN, LINGKUNGAN BISNIS, MEDIA SOSIAL DAN SELF EFFICACY TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN UMKM SEKTOR MARITIM KOTA TANJUNGPINANG

This study aims to explain the influence of Entrepreneurial Orientation, Business Environment, Social Media and Self Efficacy on the Development of MSMEs in the Maritime Sector of Tanjungpinang City. The population of this study were 36 cracker business actors in Tanjungpinang City. Sampling with saturated technique, then the number of samples was 36 cracker business actors. This type of research is quantitative research. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis, including t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that partially the Entrepreneurial Orientation (X1), Business Environment (X2), Social Media (X3) and Self Efficacy (X4) variables had a significant effect on the development of MSMEs (Y). The results of the F test obtained that the F value counted 760,292 with an F table value of 2.68 identifying that the entrepreneurial orientation, business environment, social media and self-efficacy variables simultaneously had a significant effect on the MSME development variable (Y). Based on the coefficient of determination test, about 98.9% of the MSME development variable is variable by Entrepreneurship Orientation, Business Environment, Social Media and Self-efficacy. The remaining 1.1% is obtained by other factors that are not included in this study.
