PENGARUH KEBIJAKAN MANAJEMEN KEUANGAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN DI BIDANG KELAUTAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2015 – 2019

Abstrak

This study aims to determine the effect off financial management policy on corporate value in the marine sector listed on the Indonesia stock exchange period 2015-2019. The independen variables in this study are financial management policy which consists of investment decisions, funding decisions, and dividend policies while the dependen variable is corporate value. The data used in this study are secondary data in the form of financial statements. The population in this study are companies in the marine sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock exchange in the 2015-2019 period as many 35 companies in the marine sector. The sampling technique was using a 10 company goal sampling method with the observation period of 2015-2019 so that as many as 50 objects were selected. This study used the documentation method obtained from financial statements published on the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, www.idx.co.id. The analysis technique used is a moderation regression analysis with help of the SPSS 22 program. The results of the test get the result that investment decision has a negative and significantly influence corporate value. Funding decision has a positive and significantly influence corporate value. Devident policies has a positive and significantly influence corporate value.
