PENGARUH MODAL KERJA, PENGALAMAN KERJA, DAN HARGA JUAL TERHADAP INCOME NELAYAN DI DESA PENGUJAN KECAMATAN TELUK BINTAN KABUPATEN BINTAN

Abstrak

This research was conducted in Pengujan Village, Teluk Bintan District, Bintan Regency, which aims to find out the factors that influence the income of fishermen in Pengujan Village. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression models. The number of fishermen samples used was 40 fishermen. The sampling technique is done by purposive sampling. The results showed that working capital, work experience, and selling prices partially affect the income of fishermen in Pengujan Village, Teluk Bintan District, Bintan District, and simultaneously the variable working capital , work experience, and selling prices affect the income of fishermen in Pengujan Village, Kecamatan Teluk Bintan, Bintan Regency.
