The results of this study aimed to determine the effect of work environment, competence and work experience on work performance of honorary employees at the Fisheries Service of Bintan Regency, Riau Islands. Research is categorized as a quantitative study with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The sample used in this study were 26 honorary employees at the Fisheries Service of Bintan Riau Islands Regency. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires. The collected data were tested and analyzed using the SPSS 26 program. The validity test of the instrument used the Correlation Bivariate formula, while the reliability test used Cronbach Alpha. The measuring instrument is proven valid and reliable for the research instrument. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis of this study. Based on the results of the research it is known that the results of the multiple linear regression test are Y = -16.540 (α) + 0.249 (X1) + 0.480 (X2) + 1.034 (X3), where the work environment (X1), Competence (X2) Work Experience (X3) and Job Performance (Y). The partial test results for work environment variables, competence and work experience have a significant effect on work performance. The results of simultaneous testing of work environment variables, competence and work experience have a significant influence on work performance.
