ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI MINAT BERWIRAUSAHA PADA MASYARAKAT PULAU BENAN KECAMATAN KATANG BIDARE, KABUPATEN LINGGA

Abstrak

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the interest in entrepreneurship in the Benan Island community, Katang Bidare District, Lingga Regency. The population in this study were all Benan island people. Determination of the sample using the random sampling method, with the sampling technique using the Slovin formula to obtain 72 respondents. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive test, data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that self-confidence, tolerance for risk, individual characteristics, family environment, availability of capital and entrepreneurial knowledge partially have a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship. Confidence, tolerance for risk, individual characteristics, family environment, availability of capital and entrepreneurial knowledge simultaneously have a significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship.
