Abstract

The results of this study aim to determine the effect of work experience, organizational commitment and work stress on employee productivity at the Office of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Riau Islands Province. This research is categorized as quantitative research with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The sample used in this study was a freelance daily employee at the Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Riau Islands Province totaling 42 people. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires. The collected data was tested and analyzed using the SPSS 24 program.The instrument validity test uses the Correlation Bivariate formula, while the reliability test uses Cronbach Alpha. The measuring instrument is valid and reliable for research instruments. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis of this study. Based on the research results it is known that the results of multiple linear regression tests are Y = 12.769 (α) + 0.542 (X1) + 0.468 (X2) + -0.315 (X3), where work experience (X1), organizational commitment (X2) and work stress (X3) and work productivity (Y). Partial test results for work experience variables, organizational commitment significantly influence work productivity and work stress partially have a negative and significant effect on work productivity. Simultaneous test results of work experience variables, organizational commitment and work stress have a significant effect on work productivity.
