Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises, hereinafter referred to as BUMDes, are business entities whose capital is wholly or most of the capital owned by the village through direct participation from village assets which are separated in order to manage assets, services and other businesses for the greatest welfare of the village community. The management of BumDes is fully implemented by the village community, namely from the village, by the village, and for the village. The program implemented by BumDes Benan Bahari is by selling oil and gas (MIGAS) owned by Bumdes by buying it by Bumdes and then selling it back to the community. This purpose is to determine the development of the village's economic potential through the Village-Owned Enterprises of Benan Bahari (BumDes Benan Bahari) in Benan Village, Katang Bidare District, Lingga Regency. This research is a type of field research research and the population as well as samples in this study are the Village Head, Head of Bumdes, Members of BumDes, Village Community. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the method of Qualitative Analysis, PEST Analysis, SWOT Analysis, using inductive thinking. Based on the results of the research, it is known that the BumDes Benan Bahari has made a good effort to see, observe and consider what potential can and may be developed in this Benan village, namely by selling Oil and Gas due to limited capital and without a budget injection from the village government
