Abstrak

This study aims to determine the marketing strategy used by Todak Dabo Singkep Beach and the proposed alternative strategies to increase the number of tourist visits. This research is important for Mr. Hairol because it is an input to increase the number of tourist visits to Todak Beach.This type of research is a case study on Todak Beach in Dabo Singkep. Data collection techniques using interviews related to Todak Beach Marketing strategy. The analysis technique used is SWOT analysis.The results of this study indicate that the right strategy to increase the number of tourist visits to Todak Beach uses an aggressive strategy, where this aggressive strategy is the company is in a very profitable situation because it has opportunities and strengths, so it can take advantage of existing opportunities and maximize the strengths that have been created. owned, it is possible to increase the number of tourist visits again.
