ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PERKEMBANGAN UMKM DI BINTAN CENTER KOTA TANJUNGPINANG

Abstrak

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of research variables aimed at answering the problems that defined. The problem in this research is whether human resources, capital, marketing, and production have a positive effect on the development of MSMEs. The population in this study is MSMEs in Bintan Center of Tanjung Pinang City. A four variables X are human resources, capital, marketing and production was simultaneously siginificant to the development of MSMEs. Partially the three of variables x are human resources, capital and production has no significant positive effect on the development of MSMEs, but marketing variable has a siginificant positive effect on the development of MSMEs. This study has an adjusted R2 of 51,3%.
