Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to learn about the SWOT strategy used by Otak-otak Bu Iza in Sei Enam to increase its sales volume. This research uses qualitative research. Information gathering is done by using observation and interview methods. The information obtained is processed and identified using the SWOT analysis techniques. The results of the SWOT analysis show that Otak- otak Bu Iza in Sei Enam is in quadrant I, showing that the effort has sufficient power to be able to capitalize on the opportunities available. A strategy that can be used by the business is to increase their market, open new outlets branch and makes inovation product or add new variant of Otak- otak to Otak-otak Bu Iza in Sei Enam.
