PENGARUH JOB INSECURITY, KOMPENSASI, KEPUASAN KERJA, DAN KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION PADA PT X

The aims of this study are to determine and analyze there is the effect of job insecurity, compensation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment on the turnover intention at PT X. This research is categorized as quantitative research with the instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The population in this study was all PT X employees in the sub-area X as many as 67 employees. The sampling technique in this study was using a saturated sampling technique. The data used in this study is primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The instrument validity test used the Correclation Bivariate formula, while the reliability test used Cronbach Alpha. The measuring instrument proved to be valid and reliable for the research instrument. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis of this study. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the results of the multiple linear regression test are Y = 27.454 + 0.167 X1 – 0.247 X2 – 0.185 X3 – 0.216X4, where the job insecurity variable has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, compensation has a negative effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, organizational commitment has a negative effect on turnover intention. Suggestions for companies according to the descriptive results in this study related to job insecurity, compensation, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment and turnover intention are that the company is expected to be able to pay attention to all complaints from its employees and continue to maintain good relations between employees.
