The results of this study aimed to determine the effect of work professionalism, work discipline and the provision of rewards on the performance of freelance daily workers (THL) at the Riau Islands TV Office. The research is categorized as quantitative research with the instrument in the form of a questionnaire. The sample used in this study was a freelance daily worker (THL) at the Riau Islands TV office with a total of 58 people. The data used in this study is primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The collected data was tested and analyzed with the SPSS 26 program. The instrument validity test used the Correlation Bivariate formula, while the reliability test used Cronbach Alpha. The measuring instrument proved to be valid and reliable for the research instrument. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis of this study. Based on the research results, the results of the multiple linear regression test are known to be Y= -4.533 (α) + 0.118 (X1) + 0.320 (X2) + 0.270 (X3), where Work Professionalism (X1), Work Discipline (X2), Reward (X3) and Employee Performance (Y). Partial test results for the variables work professionalism, work discipline and remuneration have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of simultaneously testing work professionalism, work discipline, and pay variables have a significant impact on employee performance.
