Abstrak

This study aims to determine the effect of talent management, knowledge management and employee retention on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Tanjungpinang City. The population in this study amounted to 66 employees using non-probability sampling, which is a saturated sampling technique involving all employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Tanjungpinang City who are permanent employees. This type of research is quantitative research. From the results of distributing questionnaires, the data can be analyzed using the Data Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression and Hypothesis Testing methods. The collected data was tested and analyzed using the SPSS version 26 application. The results of the multiple linear regression test obtained the following regression equation Y= 5.016 + 0.342 Talent Management + 0.622 Knowledge Management + 0.395 Employee Retention. The results of the partial test prove that the variable talent management has a significant effect on employee performance, knowledge management has a significant effect on employee performance and employee retention has an effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the simultaneous test obtained a value of 35.351 which can prove that Talent Management, Knowledge Management and Employee Retention have a simultaneous effect on Employee Performance of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Tanjungpinang City. The limitation of this research is that the location of this research is only within the scope of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Tanjungpinang City, so that the results of this study cannot explain the state of the ULP office (Customer Service Unit) other than the object of the research.
