ANALISIS KELAYAKAN USAHA DAN ANALISIS SENSITIVITAS DARI HOME INDUSTRY PENGOLAHAN KERUPUK IKAN TAMBAN DI KELURAHAN SUNGAI LEKOP KECAMATAN BINTAN TIMUR KABUPATEN BINTAN

Abstrak

The main objective of this research is to analyze the business feasibility and sensitivity of the fish cracker home industry in the Sungai Lekop Village, Bintan Timur District, Bintan Regency using the Break Event Point, Net Present Value, and Return On Investment methods. The analytical methods used are Break Event Points, Net Present Value, and Return On Investment. The population of this research is 6 business actors. The sampling method in this study was purposive sampling with criteria. The results of this study indicate that the Break Event Point that gets the highest BEP point is Mrs. Malni Wati's fish cracker business with 887 packs of BEP Unit and BEP Income of Rp 39.919.452, while the lowest BEP point is Mrs. Eryawati's fish cracker business with BEP Unit as many as Rp. 367 packs and BEP Income of Rp 16.502.683. The Net Present Value is greater than (0) with NPV income ranging from Rp 34.881.881–Rp 56.618.373. The value of Return On investment ranges from 47 % - 106 %. The level of business sensitivity uses the NPV method with the scenario that raw material prices experience price increases ranging from 57% - 82% of the sensitivity. With the scenario that the selling price of the product will decrease, the price will experience sensitivity from 29% - 37%. And for the scenario of raw material prices experiencing price increases and product selling prices experiencing price decreases, the sensitivity level ranges from 19% - 25%. From the calculation of business feasibility analysis and sensitivity analysis that exceeds zero (0), the Tamban Fish Crackers Home Industry in Sungai Lekop Village, Bintan Timur District, Bintan Regency is feasible to run.
