PENGARUH MODAL KERJA, BIAYA OPERASIONAL, DAN BIAYA TENAGA KERJA TERHADAP PENDAPATAN NELAYAN IKAN BILIS ASIN DI KECAMATAN MANTANG KABUPATEN BINTAN PROVINSI KEPULAUAN RIAU

Abstrak

The study aimed to reveal (1) the effect of working capital on salty bilis fishermen’s income in
Mantang district, (2) the effect of operational costs on the salty bilis fishermen’s income in Mantang
district, (3) the effect of Labour costs on salty bilis fishermen’s income in Mantang district. The
study was done on bilis fishermen who live in Mantang district. The sample of this study was 40
respondents with purposie sampling being the sampling technique. Analysis of independent and
dependent variables were done through descriptive statistical analysis, classic assumptions test, and
linear regression analysis. Simultaneous tests, partial trials, and coefficiency analysis of the
determinations was used For hypothetical verification.
From research analysis came the regression equality y = -15510171.700 + 0.833x1 + 0.281x2 +
0.160x3 + e with a sig. 0,000 per independent variable. Test f for significant value 0,000 < 0.05 and
f count 528,981 > f table 2.80. Thus regression equation indicated that variables of working capital
(x1), operational costs (x2), and labor costs (x3) were partially affected the income of salty billis
fishermen in Mantang district. based on test f of the simultaneously working capital (x1),
operational costs (x2), And labor costs (x3) significantly affected the income of salty bilis fishermen
in Mantang district(y), thus the results of this study are expected to provide benefits in making
policies and strategies that are effective and efficient in increasing the income of salty bilis
fishermen in Mantang district of Bintan regency.
