The purpose of this study was to determine the value added analysis of anchovy processing
in Mr. Salamun's business in Cemaga Tengah village, South Bunguran sub-district, Natuna
district for two months, namely March and April. The analytical method used in this
research is descriptive quantitative where this method is used to determine the processing
system of anchovy and to analyze the added value of anchovy processing. The data
collected includes primary data and secondary data to obtain information needed by
researchers in research. The results of data analysis using the hayami method, show that
wet to dry anchovy has added value in March of Rp.11,017/Kg with an added value ratio of
66.10%, then in April it produces added value of wet anchovy to dry. amounting to Rp.
10,686/Kg with a value added ratio of 64.12%. From two months of research, they both
have a high value added ratio percentage level, because they exceed the test criteria, which
is above 50%, where this percentage level reflects the efficiency between production costs
and output value. The profit obtained from processing anchovies in March is Rp. 9,326/Kg
and in April Rp.8,444/Kg.
