The purpose of this study was to analyze the added value of fish, shrimp and barking crackers products. This research is located in Sungai Lekop Sub-District, Bintan Timur District, Bintan Regency. In this study, researchers took one business that was studied as an object, namely the business of processing fish crackers, shrimp and barking with one of the informants as the owner of the business, Mr. Achmad Effendi. Data collected includes primary data and secondary data. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative descriptive to analyze the added value of cracker products. The results of this study indicate that of the three types of cracker products have different added values - different. The added value generated from processing fish crackers is Rp. 78,352 / kg with a value added ratio of 14.92%, then the added value generated from shrimp cracker processing is Rp. 64,080 / kg with a ratio of added value obtained by 82.15% and the added value generated from processing of barking crackers is Rp.48,080 / kg with a ratio of added value obtained by 50.08%. Of the three (3) types of cracker products the highest added value is the type of shrimp crackers.
