Abstract

This study aims to explain the effect of Work Experience, Work Ability and Self Efficacy on the Job Satisfaction Of Boat Miners in Penyengat Island, Tanjung Pinang City. This study uses a quantitative research. The population in this study were all boat miners in Penyengat Island. The sampling technique in this study is saturated technique. The sample in this study amounted to 60 people. The collected data was tested and analyzed using the SPSS 26 program. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that partially Work Experience variables (X1), Work Ability (X2), and Self Efficacy (X3) had a significant effect on Job Satisfaction. F test results obtained calculated F value of 18,939 with F value of table 2.77 identified that the variables Work Experience, Work Ability and Self-Efficacy simultaneously have a significant effect on the Job Satisfaction variable (Y). Based on the coefficient of determination test, about 42.7% of the variable Job Satisfaction is influenced by the variables Work Experience, Work Ability and Self-Efficacy. The remaining 52.3% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.
