PENGEMBANGAN MODAL SOSIAL, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, INTERAKSI SOSIAL, DAN TEKNOLOGI TANGKAP TERHADAP KESEJAHTERAAN KELOMPOK NELAYAN PADA KOPERASI (KNB3) DESA PONGKAR KECAMATAN TEBING KABUPATEN KARIMUN

Abstract

Broadly speaking, this study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Social Capital, Organizational Culture, Social Interaction, and Capture Technology on Fishermen Welfare of KNB3 Cooperative (Consumers of Fishermen Trying to Succeed Together in Piling Village Tebing District of Karimun Regency. The type of research that is in this thesis is quantitative The population in this study were all KNB3 Cooperative Fishermen (Consumers of Fishermen Trying to Succeed Together in Piling Village, Tebing District, Karimun Regency, amounting to 60 people), then determining the sample with non-probability sampling techniques so that the sample in this study was the total number of the population, amounting to 60 people. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, including t test, F test and coefficient of determination The results of the t test showed that the social capital variable (X1) had a significant effect on Fishermen's Welfare, Organizational Culture (X2) had a significant effect on Welfare Fishermen's situation, Social Interaction (X3) has a significant effect on Fishermen's Welfare, Fishing Technology (X4) has a significant effect on Fishermen's Welfare. Based on the F test the probability value sig 0.00 <0.05 which means that together Social Capital, Organizational Culture, Social Interaction, and Capture Technology have a significant effect on Fishermen's Welfare (Y). Based on the test of the coefficient of determination seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.774% can be interpreted that the influence of Social Capital, Organizational Culture, Social Interaction, and Capture Technology on Fishermen's Welfare is 77.4%. The remaining 22.6% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.
