Abstract

Broadly speaking, this study aims to determine whether there is an influence of Job Satisfaction, Experience, and Workload on the Performance of Employees of the Kelong Fishermen Group, Tambelan District, Bintan Regency. This type of research in this thesis is quantitative. The population in this study were all members of the Kelong Fishermen Group, Tambelan District, Bintan Regency, totaling 34 people. Then determine the sample with non-probability sampling techniques so that the sample in this study is the total number of the population that is 34 people. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, including t test, F test and coefficient of determination. T test results showed that the variable job satisfaction (X1) significantly influence Performance, Experience (X2) significantly influence Performance, Workload (X3) significantly influence Performance. Based on the F test the probability value sig 0.00 <0.05 which means that together Job Satisfaction, Diving, and Workload, has a significant effect on Performance (Y). Based on the test of the coefficient of determination seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.556% can be interpreted that the effect of satisfaction, experience, and workload of Work towards Kinejar is 55.6%. The remaining 44.4% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.
