PENGARUH REWARD, PUNISHMENT, KOMPENSASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP DISIPLIN KERJA PADA BADAN NASIONAL PENCARIAN DAN PERTOLONGAN (BASARNAS) KELAS A TANJUNGPINANG

Abstract

In general, this study aims to determine whether there is an effect of reward, punishment, compensation, and work environment on work discipline at the BASARNAS Class A Tanjungpinang Office. This type of research in this thesis is quantitative research. The sample in this study were civil servants (PNS) in the Class A BASARNAS Tanjungpinang Office, totaling 53 people. Data analysis was performed using quantitative methods. Data obtained through questionnaires and tested using SPSS statistical version 26. The results of the study seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.598 can be interpreted that the effect of reward, punishment, compensation, and work environment on work discipline at the BASARNAS Office is 59.8%. Based on the partial test proves that variable reward, punishment, and compensation have a significant effect on work discipline and on the work environment variables do not have a significant effect on work discipline. While the simultaneous test of the probability value of sig is 0.00 <0.05, which means that together the variables of reward, punishment, compensation, and work environment have a significant effect on work discipline at the BASARNAS Class A Tanjungpinang Office.
