Abstract

This research is about the Effect of Regional Original Revenue, Revenue Sharing Funds, General Allocation Funds, and Special Allocation Funds on Capital Expenditures in regencies / cities in Riau Islands Province from 2013 to 2017. Types of data in this study are secondary data, data collected from documents realization of the report on the Realization and Expenditure of the Riau Islands Regional Government (APBD) through the website www.djpk.depkeu.go.id. The population in this study were all regencies or cities in Riau Islands Province, namely Tanjungpinang City, Batam City, Bintan Regency, Karimun Regency, Lingga Regency, Anambas Regency, and Natuna Regency. The sampling technique in this study is saturated sample, that is all populations are sampled. The results of the study show that the Regional Original Revenue and Revenue Sharing Funds Partially have a significant effect on the allocation of Capital Expenditure, while the General Allocation Fund and the Special Allocation Fund Partially do not have a significant effect on the allocation of Capital Expenditures, and simultaneously the Regional Original Revenue, Revenue Sharing Fund, General Allocation Funds and Special Allocation Funds affect the allocation of Capital Expenditures in Regencies / Cities in Riau Islands Province in 2013-2017.
