Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Spirit, Work Skills and Quality of Work Life on Employee Performance at the Tirta Kepri Regional Drinking Water Company (PDAM), Tanjungpinang. The population in this study were 112 employees using non-probability sampling, namely a conditional sampling technique (porposive sampling). The criteria used as samples in this study are permanent employees who work at PDAM Tirta Kepri, Tanjungpinang, so the number of samples is 98 respondents. This type of research is quantitative research. In the questionnaire, the validity and reliability tests were carried out. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, including t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The study was conducted using SPSS version 25. The results showed that partially the variables of Work Spirit (X1), Work Skills (X2), and Quality of Work Life (X3) had a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). The results of the F test show that the Fcount of 14,113 with Ftable of 2.83 identifies that the variables of Work Spirit (X1), Work Skills (X2), and Quality of Work Life (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on the Employee Performance variable (Y). Based on the coefficient of determination test, about 47.8% of the Employee Performance variable was influenced by the variable 56,1% Work Spirit (X1), Work Skills (X2), and Quality Of Work Life (X3). The remaining 49,3% is influenced by other factors that are not explained in this study.
