This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, organizational commitment and self-esteem on turnover intention at the residence bintan resort and hotel. This research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were employees and employees who worked at the hotel the residence bintan. The sampling technique used is the slovin technique. The sample in this study amounted to 35 people. The data used in this study is primary data obtained through a questionnaire. The collected data were tested and analyzed using the SPSS 24 program. The instrument validity test used the bivariate correlation formula, while the reliability test used Cronbach Alpha. The measuring instrument is proven to be valid and reliable for the research instrument. Multiple regression analysis was used to test the hypothesis of this study. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the work environment variable partially has no effect on turnover intention, and organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, for the self-esteem variable partially affects turnover intention. The results of simultaneous testing of work environment variables, organizational commitment and self-esteem have a significant influence on turnover intention.
