Abstract

The purpose of this resarch was determine the influence Hard Skills, Soft Skills, Job Stress, and Work Ethic have on Employee Performance. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study were 31 employees in the Operation and Alert Section of the Search and Rescue Office of the Tanjungpinang BASARNAS Office. Sampling using a saturated sample technique, the number of samples as many as 31 employees. The data analysis method used is validity and reliability test, classical assumption test with normality test, multiple regression analysis test, hypothesis test using t test, F test and determinant coefficient. The study was conducted using SPSS version 25. The results showed that partially Hard Skill (X1), Soft Skill (X2), Work Stress (X3), and Work Ethic (X4) variables had a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). The results of the F test obtained that the calculated F value is 75,462 with an F table value of 2.74 indicating that the hard skills, soft skills, work stress, and work ethic variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance variables. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination, about 90.8% of the Employee Performance variable is influenced by the Hard Skill, Soft Skill, Job Stress, and Work Eros variables. The rest is influenced by other factors not described in this study.
