Abstract

This study aims to explain the influence of Burnout, Employee Engagement and Compensation On Turnover Intention. The population in the study was 63 employees at PT Efra Tanjungpinang. Sampling with saturated techniques, the number of samples as many as 63 employees. This type of research is quantitative research. On the questionnaire, validity and reliability tests were conducted. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analyses, including t-tests, F-tests and determination coefficients. The results showed that partially variable Burnout (X1), Employee Engagement (X2), and Compensation (X3) had a significant effect on Turnover Intention. The test result F obtained a calculated value of F 15,270 with a table value of F
2.76 identifying that the variables Burnout, Employee Engagement and Compensation simultaneously have a significant effect on the variable Turnover Intention (Y). Based on the determination coefficient test, approximately 40.8% of Turnover Intention variables are affected by Burnout, Employee Engagement and Compensation variables. The remaining 59.2% was influenced by other factors not described in this study.
