The results of the study were to determine the effect of Career Development, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Work Motivation on the Performance of Tanjungpinang City General Election Commission (KPU) employees. This research uses quantitative research. The population in this study are all employees of the General Election Commission (KPU) of Tanjungpinang City, totaling 25 employees using non-probability sampling, namely the saturated sampling technique involving all employees of the General Election Commission (KPU) of Tanjungpinang City. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires. The data collected was tested and analyzed using the SPSS 26 program. From the results of distributing questionnaires, the data could be analyzed using the Data Quality Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression and Hypothesis Testing methods. = -5.656 + 0.108 (X1) + 0.241 (X2) + 0.533 (X3), Where is Career Development (X1), Organizational Citizenship Behavior (X2), Work Motivation (X3) and Employee Performance (Y). The results of the partial test prove that the variable Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Work Motivation have an effect on employee performance, while the career development variable has no effect on employee performance. Furthermore, the Simultaneous Test obtained a value of 34,786 proving that Career Development, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and Work Motivation have a simultaneous effect on the Performance of the General Election Commission (KPU) Employees of Tanjungpinang City. The limitation of this research is that the location of this research is only within the scope of the General Election Commission (KPU) of Tanjungpinang City.
