This study aims to examine the influence of Financial Literacy and Financial Attitudes on the Behavior of Millennial Generation Financial Management in Tanjungpinang City with Love of Money as an Intervening Variable. This research is a quantitative research with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The sample is 100 respondents. The sampling technique used is random sampling with predetermined criteria, namely the millennial generation in Tanjungpinang City with an age range of 25-40 years. Primary data processing using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) analysis techniques with multiple regression analysis methods and path analysis. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy and financial attitudes have a significant effect on love of money, then financial literacy has no significant effect on financial management behavior. while financial attitudes and love of money have a significant effect on the financial management behavior of Millennials. In addition, the results of the study show that love of money is able to mediate financial literacy on financial management behavior, but love of money is not able to mediate financial attitudes towards financial management behavior of millennials.
