Standard operational procedures (SOP), job descriptions, and organizational culture at the immigration office class II Tanjung Uban Immigration Checkpoint (TPI) still found obstacles that affect employee performance. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP), Job Description, and Organizational Culture had an effect on Employee Performance at the Immigration Office Class II Immigration Checkpoint (TPI) Tanjung Uban. The type of research used in this thesis is quantitative because the research data is in the form of numbers, then the data is obtained by statistical test analysis using the SPSS (Statistical Package Social Sciences) version 26 program. This study uses a saturated sample technique from the population and uses a questionnaire as a collection tool. data. The population in this study was 50 people with a saturated sample technique of 36 people who focused on employees outside of office structural officials. Based on the results of research conducted by the author, it can be concluded that the partial test proves that the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) has a significant effect. Job or on performance, Job Description has a significant effect on performance, Organizational Culture has a significant effect on performance. And based on simultaneous testing proves that Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) (X1), Job Description (X2), and Organizational Culture (X3) have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a comparison value of F value with F table (22.834 > 2.90).
