This study aims to explain The influence of Job Perfomance Appraisal, Career Development and Work Environment that have an impact on Work Effectiveness. The population in this study were 231 employees at Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kota Tanjungpinang. Sampling with quota technique, the sample size is 81 employees. This type of research is quantitative research. In the questionnaire, the validity and reliability were tested. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, including t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that partially the variable influence of Job Perfomance Appraisal (X1), Career Development (X2), Work Environment (X3) had a significant effect on Work Effectiveness. The results of the F test obtained that the F value counted 44.236 with the F table value 2.72 identified that the variable Job Perfomance Appraisal, Career Development and Work Environment simultaneously had a significant effect on the Work Effectiveness variable (Y). Based on the coefficient of determination test, about 61% of the Work Effectiveness variable is influenced by the Job Perfomance Appraisal, Career Development and Work Environment variables. The remaining 39% is influenced by other factors that are not explained in this study.
