Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Education and Training, Job Performance, and Work Experience on Employee Career Development at PT. Tanjungpinang Prosperous Together. The population in the study were 32 employees who were focused on the office of PT. Tanjungpinang Prosperous Together. Sampling with the saturated technique, the number of samples as many as 32 employees. This type of research is quantitative research. The questionnaire was tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, including t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The study was conducted using SPSS version 26. The results showed that partially the variables of Education and Training (X1), Work Achievement (X2), and Work Experience (X3) had a significant effect on Career Development (Y). The results of the F test obtained that the Fcount 41,126 with the value of Ftable 2.95 identifies that the variables of Education and Training (X1), Work Achievement (X2), and Work Experience (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on the Career Development variable (Y). Based on the coefficient of determination test, about 79,5% of the Career Development variables are influenced by the variables of Education and Training, Work Achievement, and Work Experience. The remaining 20,5% is influenced by other factors not described in this study.
